I am Taylor Rockhold, the Founder and HR & Organizational Strategist of Rooted HR.  I have over 10 years of experience in leadership and people operations roles.  I have worked in small start-up environments and at Fortune 500 companies, giving me the experience to provide you with a well-rounded custom HR approach.  In addition to my experience, I am currently obtaining my MBA and Organizational Behavior Certificate to show up with a paired business and people centered approach to meet every unique need of your organization.
